Planning Boards (Set of 7) - Includes:
Status Board (1) - Track upcoming milestones, contraints, things to improve, and PPC.
Weekly Boards (3) - Day by day planning for three weeks.
Monthly Boards (3) - Each board has columns for four weeks.
These boards allow you to see three months ahead (3 weeks + up to 12 weeks). Most teams struggle to get day by day detail for six weeks. And that much detail is not useful anyway. Three weeks is enough. At the same time, traditionally, Phase Pull Planning has been done on a separate sheet of paper. Instead, Phase planning is done directly on the boards, allowing for continuous visual flow of the work and eliminating redundancy.
